CWe are a small friendly practice in Northwood Middlesex, providing comprehensive and high quality treatment. We are committed to providing both NHS and Private care. We have modern, air conditioned surgeries and fully computerised using the R4 system.
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking hygienist who is able to build long term relationships with patients to join us on a permanent basis. You will have access to high quality equipment and materials to enable to deliver a fantastic patient journey.
We are proudly equipped with the latest technology such as microscopes, lasers and the iTero Scanner. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop with us.
The position is ideally for 2 days a week, one late evening and one Saturday a month.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU;

• Valid GDC registration – ideally with a couple of years UK experience as a Dental Hygienist
• We are ideally looking for a candidate who lives within 30 minutes or so distance from the h practice
• Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
• Clear DBS certificate & indemnity cover is required
• CPD certificates & 2 clinical references
• Proof of the necessary right to work in the UK
  -Ability to communicate with patients, dentists and other members of the team
  -Good time keeping skills
  -Friendly and professional
  -Good written and spoken English, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  Based on experience and pay will be per patient treated or as a percentage and contract will be offered on a self employed basis. Pay varies from £30-£40 per hour.

Include decontamination of instruments in compliance with HTM01-05, this is a broad set of skills which we expect you to know and comply with, stock taking for your surgery in a timely manner, and reporting to senior staff members.
You will be working on a self-employed basis amongst being punctual, fluent in English and computer literate, your skills will include setting up on-time, being knowledgeable in all prophylactic treatment set ups.
