Position Highlights Monday through Thursday schedule Early Thursdays and no weekends 32–36 hours per week See only 6–8 patients per day Outpatient clinical setting focused on quality care Organized workflows and strong clinical support Production-based pay structure with excellent earning potential What You’ll Be Doing Provide preventive dental hygiene care Perform patient assessments and cleanings Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Accurately document treatments and patient progress Collaborate closely with dentists and support staff Deliver efficient, patient-centered care without overbooking Compensation & Benefits Base hourly pay: $40–$44 per hour based on experience Production bonus: Earn 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient Many hygienists earn the equivalent of $50+ per hour with production incentives $7,500 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Full Benefits, Malpractice Insurance, PTO, 401K Match & more Why Edgefield?
