Alma Dental Practice has an exciting opportunity for a dental hygiene therapist to join our team. A busy private dental practice with a vacancy to work on Tuesday and Thursday providing hygiene services to our patients.
You would be working in a fantastically well-equipped practice with access to state of the art equipment, supported by dentists, a nursing team, and a reception team who wish you to use the full scope of practice.
Salary negotiable upon experience.
Duties:
· Perform dental cleanings.
· Provide periodontal treatment.
· Administer local anesthesia to patients if required.
· Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and provide personalised oral care instructions.
· Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
Experience:
· Must have a valid dental hygiene or dental therapist qualification and GDC certified.
· Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
· Prior experience working as a dental hygienist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
