REQUIREMENTS:

• Current valid Dental Hygienist / Therapist GDC registration and indemnity
• Up-to-date CV
• Up-to-date immunisation record
• Patient Care and Education skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and precision
• Experience in a EMS Airflow is a plus
  Working days are flexible and can be discussed to suit both the candidate and the practice.
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist / Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide preventive and therapeutic dental care, educate patients on oral health, and work closely with our dentists to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene assessments and provide necessary treatment
• Deliver periodontal therapy and manage patients with gum disease.
• Provide oral health education and guidance to patients on preventive care.
• Undertake direct restorative treatments within your scope of practice (for individuals with therapist registration and with related skills).
• Assist dentists in patient care and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with GDC standards and practice protocols.
• Uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety, and clinical governance.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
