What You’ll Love About Us $50-$55+ per hour based on experience Full-time schedule designed to meet the needs of our surrounding community: Monday: 10 am – 7 pm Tuesday: 10 am – 7 pm Wednesday: 7 am – 2 pm Thursday: 7 am – 2 pm Friday: Closed Saturday: 7 am – 2 pm Sunday: Closed Full benefits for 25+ hours/week: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% match Vacation, Sick and 7 paid holidays What You’ll Be Doing Provide preventive and periodontal care (scaling, root planing, fluoride, sealants, whitening) Collaborate with Dentist on diagnosing treatement. Support treatement case acceptance through patient education, follow-up and warm case handoffs to assistants or front office. Educate patients on brushing, flossing, appliance care, and periodontal health Take x-rays, perform periodontal screenings, and assess oral health Document findings, treatment, and patient history accurately Observe and report any signs of distress or medical concerns Maintain clean, sterilized treatment rooms Collaborate with a respectful and supportive dental team Active Dental Hygiene License in Illinois Local Anesthesia Certified, preferred but not required Laser Debridement Certified, preferred but not required Friendly, team-oriented attitude Great with patient education and communication New graduates are welcome—we’re happy to support your growth!
