Description

Salary: 20,000- 34,000 PHP/ month The Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier will join the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, which handles billing, collections, and payment posting services for dental clinics and service providers in the United States. Confirm dental insurance eligibility via web portal, fax back, phone call. Gather patient eligibility for specific Dental procedures, including coverage percentages, history, frequency limitations, billing guidelines. Enter eligibility information in the Dental clinic's Practice Management System. Work with the Dental clinic real time to verify eligibility of walk-in patients and specific diagnosed procedure(s). Minimum Qualifications: At least 1-2 years as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier. Familiarity with Dental Insurance policy types, PPO, HMO, MediCal. Ability to navigate one or more major Dental Practice Management system(s), specifically scheduling, patient demographics, insurance information. Procedural understanding of general dentistry procedures. Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills. Data entry skills (40 WPM or better). Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift. Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
