We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized Sales Lead to join our company. *MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AVAILABLE* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, and 401(k) Competitive base salary + commissions Paid vacation, holidays, and flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Significant investment in industry-leading technology Job Description Primary Responsibilities & Skills: Create new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments to increase business opportunities Manage sales process from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing deals and ensuring a positive customer experience Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, analyze sales metrics, and monitor performance Attend trade shows, meetings, and other events as required, accommodating regular travel, both local and national destinations Provide coaching to sales representatives; motivate, train, and support team to achieve sales targets, lead team in adapting to business needs as they change, managing multiple tasks and roles simultaneously Maintain assigned budget while increasing financial performance and revenue growth All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, marketing, or business A minimum of 10 years of dental sales experience is required 5+ years of supervisory/management experience is required Ability to demonstrate consultative sales skills Ability to manage customers and direct reporting employees nationally, across different time zones Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset Ability to demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metrics Ability to travel regularly, accommodating overnight/weekend stays as needed Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check Additional Information Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + competitive commission structure *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
