Description

Protea Dental Studio is a leading dental laboratory providing exceptional dental restorations to dentists across the nation. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Relations Manager to join our team and help maintain our commitment to excellence in customer service and product delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations Manager to oversee client communications, manage case scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of our dental restorations. Additional duties will include additional office responsibilities such as maintaining and ordering office supplies and coordinating vendor orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure timely case delivery and manage incoming case schedules using our capacity planning systems.
  • Oversee the delivery schedule for cases, coordinating with various shipping methods (delivery service, UPS, FedEx) to ensure on-time arrival at client offices.
  • Schedule, organize, and promote our in-house study club events.
  • Manage the administrative calendar, including scheduling team meetings and coordinating employee vacations.
  • Generate meeting agendas and assist in organizing internal meetings, and team activities.
  • Schedule patients for custom shade appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through professional telephone etiquette and focused client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relations or customer service roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and capacity planning software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the dental industry is a plus, but not required
