DENTAL LABORATORY MANAGER/PRODUCTION, NJ.

We are currently seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Dental Lab Manager to join and lead our state-of-the-art facility launching this summer in NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level technician or department lead ready to take full ownership of a leadership role, combining bench expertise with lab operations and team management.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As we build out our modern, full-service dental lab, we are looking for someone who can lead by example, spending the initial months hands-on at the bench, while gradually transitioning into full lab oversight. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the team, workflows, and technology, with long-term potential to evolve into an Operations or General Manager role.

TECHNICAL & PRODUCTION DUTIES:

• Perform hands-on fabrication of crowns, bridges, implants, removables, and All-on-X cases (approx. 80% bench work initially).
• Guide team members on complex cases, troubleshoot clinical and technical issues.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure consistent case outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of lab processes and new product integration.
