Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician skilled in CAD/CAM design and fabrication of high-quality crowns and veneers (zirconia and e.max). Experience in ceramics, staining, glazing, and finishing is essential. Knowledge of implant abutments is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce crowns and veneers using CAD/CAM software (Exocad/3Shape)
  • Operate milling units, sintering, and porcelain furnaces
  • Perform staining, glazing, and finishing to achieve aesthetic results
  • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with TGA regulations for custom-made devices
  • Collaborate with dentists to achieve excellent shade matching and fit

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in dental technology (crowns/veneers focus)
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Exocad, 3Shape)
  • Strong knowledge of zirconia and e.max materials
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Registration with the Dental Board of Australia (preferred)
