• Completes all preliminary cast and articulation steps required in the fabrication of restorations/appliances to ensure a properly produced product.
• Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment to ensure proper working operation.
• Designs and waxes single unit and multiple unit fixed partial denture substructures for full metal or porcelain application and function.
• Fabricates complex esthetic intraoral fixed dental prosthesis to include single units, multiple units and units in combination with removal partial dentures (RPD).
• Completes dentures or implant fixtures which is used to set teeth and to place in acrylic bases for complete and/or partial dentures.
• Reads shade guides and sets teeth.
• Provides quality assurance reviews of the lab environment and products fabricated in the lab.
