Overview You’ll be an important member of the operations team, overseeing the day to day needs of the specialty dental operation. You’ll be in charge of executing the operational components of the company’s vision, including the service platform and dental philosophy, ensuring your district is in line with the company mandate. Plus, you’ll manage employee and patient relations, while working with the team to achieve operational goals Schedule (days/hours) Mon-Frid Responsibilities Ensuring flawless execution of operational standards, and ensuring services are compliant with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements Achieving revenue goals by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, specialty referrals, and miscellaneous expenses related to operations Managing labor costs for the supervisory team, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines Increasing and stimulating new patient growth and patient retention through sales, marketing, and promotional programs Responding to doctor, patient and employee grievances, complaints and inquiries, seeking assistance as needed Communicating with Office and Dental leadership to ensure they have necessary support Compensation $75,000 - $80,000 per year About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
