Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This dual role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice, providing both clinical support to our dentists and exceptional service to our patients at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized according to practice protocols.
  • Welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle patient queries both in person and over the phone.
  • Support the smooth running of the reception area, including managing correspondence, administrative tasks. and processing payments
  • Liaise with dental professionals, suppliers, and patients to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Provide cover for other team members as needed to ensure continuity of care and service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Dental Nurse and/or Receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Relevant dental nursing qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
