JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining an organised front desk environment.
Excellent annual leave 7-8 weeks pro rata including stats.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a dental practice.
  • GDC registered
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A background in nursing or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient IT skills to manage scheduling software and patient records efficiently.
