JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the dental practice. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • A background in nursing or patient care is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in IT systems related to scheduling and record management will be beneficial.

  • Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and treatment plans.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment for patients.
