Ilchester Dental Care are searching for an enthusiastic, keen and energetic person to join the team as Dental Receptionist/Qualified Dental Nurse. A proactive approach and ability to get stuck in when required, along with being a great communicator and flexibility as needed are a must. Ilchester Dental Care is a forward thinking, private, independent family run dental practice with an excellent reputation in the area.
The person we are looking for, must have excellent people skills and be a team player. It is essential this person is a qualified and be GDC registered due to the need to cover due to colleague sickness/holidays.
The focus of the role will be Dental Nursing, however cover on Reception during some days will be required, so a direct patient-facing comfort is required.
Duties include and are not limited to:
· Provide clinical chair-side support when needed
· Willingness to provide exceptional patient care
· Decontamination duties
· GDC & Indemnity paid for qualified registered professionals
· Undertake reception and administration duties as required
· Process patient payments
· Follow up of patient aftercare and treatment plans
· Arrange patient finance applications and sign ups to monthly plans
Hours on offer are currently:
Monday - 8:15 - 5:15
Friday - 8:15 - 5:15
There may be other hours available during the week for the right candidate.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
