JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental nurse/ Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a basic understanding of IT systems used in a dental environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong patient care orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Background in nursing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills to navigate dental software and manage electronic records.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and colleagues.
