Job Summary:
We are seeking a Trainee or Qualified Dental Nurse to join our small, friendly dental practice in Southam. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organised, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and treatments
- Prepare and maintain the dental surgery for patient treatment
- Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Sterilise and prepare dental instruments
- Educate patients on oral healthcare and post-operative care
Experience: Not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Previous experience in a dental setting is desirable
- Strong customer care skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Basic IT skills for maintaining digital records
- Effective communication skills in English
