Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, implant- and radiography-trained Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role, working 2 days clinically and 3 days in treatment coordination. This role is ideal for someone who loves both chairside patient care and creating personalised, high-quality patient experiences.

DENTAL NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist dentists chairside with all procedures, including implants and restorative treatments
  • Take radiographs as required and ensure accurate clinical records
  • Prepare surgery and instruments, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Support patient comfort and safety throughout all treatments
  • Ensure compliance with cross-infection control and clinical standards
  • Administer chairside support for a wide range of procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows

TREATMENT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct patient consultations, explaining treatment plans, options, and pricing clearly
  • Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure a seamless patient journey
  • Build strong relationships with patients, providing a personalised and professional service
  • Follow up on treatment plans to encourage completion of recommended care
  • Support patients with understanding finance options and help them feel confident in their decisions
  • Manage patient communication by phone, email, and in-person with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Work closely with dentists and the team to ensure patient care aligns with the practice’s high standards
