Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information about treatments and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised clinical environment.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure optimal patient flow.
  • Support the dental team in administrative tasks as required, including managing inventory of dental supplies.
  • Uphold the practice’s standards for patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
