JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Administrator with 2+ years experience, to join our team. We are a modern and busy seven chair office in beautiful rural Chase, BC. High preference given to candidates with Cleardent software proficiency and living in Chase or surrounding communities from Blind Bay to North Shuswap to Pritchard. We offer co-paid extended benefits after 90 days. We have closures at Christmas and mid summer for two weeks each to encourage a healthy work / life balance.
A Dental Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping the dental practice running smoothly. Their duties combine administrative, financial, and customer service responsibilities.

SKILLS

The ideal candidate will be proficient in:

  • Cleardent software
  • EDI billing, patient and insurance accounts receivable
  • Referrals, pre-authorizations, insurance breakdowns
  • Payment processing with ledger adjustments, day end reconciliation
  • Have a working knowledge of ITrans, CDANet, Instream and other insurance portals, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
