Overview: Need mature administrator with 5 years experience in customer service who can commit to stay forat least 10 years.Should be fluent in English and Punjabi.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, particularly within a medical or dental setting. This position requires strong administrative skills, Resolving Client’s complaints and conflicts, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting both staff and patients while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Should be fluent in English and Punjabi languages as most clients speak Punjabi .

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dental office or hospital setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is essential; experience with Dentrix is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
