• Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, treatment coordination, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with Tracker Dental software.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to clinic processes and implement improvements in a busy environment.
• Professional, approachable, and patient-focused attitude.

• Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and office logistics.
• Supervise, mentor, and support front office and administrative staff.
• Oversee dental insurance billing, treatment coordination, and treatment planning processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, financial reporting, and compliance with policies.
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and refine clinic procedures to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team on marketing, growth strategies, and team development.
