JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, managing administrative tasks, tracking and following the office’s Accounts Receivables and supporting staff in various capacities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail in various business matters.

  • Proficiency in calendar management to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in front desk operations with a focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of dental office software(Dentrix) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes to support staff needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Event planning capabilities to coordinate successful office gatherings.

  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Organize office events and meetings, including planning logistics and coordinating resources.
  • Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls, ensuring clear communication with clients and vendors.
  • Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and managing office supplies.
