Apply today! Requirements Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the dental front office. Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out. Schedule patients and optimize the daily schedule. Verify dental insurance benefits and explain treatment recommendations. Coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule. Support administrative operations and office performance. Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (Required) Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience (Required) Experience with dental insurance verification (Required) Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital dental office Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Positive attitude with a team-first mindset About This Opportunity This position is ideal for an experienced dental professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats—leading the front office while ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.
