The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the business support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.
