BUSINESS MANAGER FULL TIME, AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Looking for a business manager to lead a small team of 3-6 staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals by overseeing the daily operations, and ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
The primary focus of the business manager is meeting the office goal.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have experience in a dental office
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail management role is preferred.
• Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in inventory control practices to manage stock efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets effectively.
• A proven track record in retail sales with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales goals.

• Implement procedures and policies.
• Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
• Lead and manage store operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of team members.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
