What You’ll Do  * Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism * Answer phones; schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for a multi-specialty surgical schedule * Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorizations; help patients understand financial responsibilities * Collect co-pays, post payments, and support basic billing questions * Maintain accurate, compliant digital patient records and documentation * Coordinate daily flow with the clinical/surgical teams and communicate with referring offices - so every patient visit runs smoothly   What We’re Looking For * Previous Medical/Dental Front Desk experience preferred (scheduling, insurance verification, patient communications) * High school diploma or equivalent * Confident, clear communicator who can convey empathy and professionalism - on the phone and in person * Highly organized multi-tasker who stays calm and courteous during busy times * Comfortable with dental/medical software and standard office tools * A patient-first mindset and a polished, team-oriented presence   What Makes CDOMS Different * Collaborative care model: We work closely with general dentists and specialists to do what’s best for each patient’s oral health and overall wellness. * Serve all ages: From young children to mature adults, we’re trusted for complex care throughout the Capital Region. * Pride in service: Every front desk interaction - every call, every check-in -matters.
