Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients with great customer service
  • Collect any needed paperwork and explain the necessity of these documents
  • Coordinate with the back office
  • Educate patients about office treatment philosophy
  • Ensure and accurate understanding of all procedures and communicating the benefits of those procedures to the patients
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and consultations while maintaining an organized calendar for the office.
  • Patient reception and dismissal
  • Comfortable in collecting and explaining payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
