Requirements Requirements Dental Operations Manager Qualifications 3+ years of dental office management or leadership experience required. Proven track record in sales or treatment presentation within a dental or healthcare setting. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Proficient with dental software (Dentrix preferred). High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with patients and staff. Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and excellence. Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards required Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology required Knowledge of and proficiency in finance, human resource management, and principles of business preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Means to travel from one office to another, required as necessary Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel Dental Operation Manager Responsibilities and Duties Oversee all daily operations, scheduling, and administrative functions. Collaborate with treatment coordinators and doctors to maximize case acceptance. Monitor and improve KPIs such as production, collections, and lead conversion. Lead morning huddles, team meetings, and performance reviews. Implement systems that improve efficiency and the patient experience. Handle patient concerns with empathy and leadership. Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members Monitor employee performance and provide performance feedback regularly Coordinate employee weekly/monthly work schedules Review, correct, and approve employee timecards Follow-up on collections for past due accounts Implement and enforce all legal provisions and Company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook Monitor production and collections goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Maintain accurate patient records, collections data, reconcile collections, daily deposits, and supporting documentation Motivate staff to increase production and maximize their potential Communicate and provide constructive solutions to problems Prepare in-house reports, new patient spreadsheets and/or managerial reports as required Coordinate and complete morning huddles and monthly team meetings Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager Dental Operations Manager Education High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) required Benefits Dental Views offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, Vacation time, etc.
