  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Previous dental or medical office experience is a bonus – but not required

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients – whether they’re calling to book an appointment, ask a question, or get guidance on their treatment. Your voice sets the tone for their entire Shoreline experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and be comfortable working independently when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a rewarding career in a specialty practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, helpful support to patients
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Confirming appointments and communicating important visit details
  • Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records
  • Collaborating with our amazing team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
