SUMMARY

We’re looking for a motivated and personable VIP Phone Operator to join our team and be the front-line connection to our patients. This role is focused heavily on outbound calls, where you’ll reach out to leads, answer questions, and schedule consultations. Your goal will be to build trust, provide clear information, and guide patients through the first steps of their dental implant journey. REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in a dental office or high-call-volume customer service role is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental procedures, especially implants, is strongly preferred
• Experience with dental scheduling software (e.g, Open Dental/CRM platforms)
• Strong phone communication skills and professional etiquette
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed daily call and booking targets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with KPIs and tracking performance metrics

• Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing leads, primarily for dental implant consultations
• Build rapport with potential patients and guide them through the scheduling process
• Track and record call metrics, contact outcomes, and follow-up tasks daily
• Answer incoming VIP calls and provide a professional, warm experience
• Schedule and confirm appointments using dental practice management software
• Explain basic implant procedures, timelines, and financial options (training provided)
• Coordinate effectively with treatment coordinators and the clinical team
• Follow up with patients who missed consultations or showed prior interest in implants
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation of all patient interactions
• Comply with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
