Description

The Dental Outreach Supervisor manages mobile dental outreach events and mobile dental services for all regions within Compass Health Network. They manage any additional mobile dental operations and all mobile dental staff/projects. They will assist VP of Dental Operations with attaining mobile dental department quality and productivity goals.

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years supervisory experience preferred
  • 5 years dental experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of dental operation regulatory requirements preferred
  • Experience in dental operation start-up and clinical experience preferred
  • A valid driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

Responsibilities
  • Implements and provides all training for new team members
  • Oversees and reviews outreach events
  • Oversees Care Coordinators have reported PSP data to state regulators in a timely manner.
  • Ensures staffing coverage statewide is adequate
  • Acts as liaison for dental and community/school partners
  • Works with Senior Director and VP of Dental Operations in seeking opportunities for dental outreach expansion
  • Maximizes program performance and productivity with established KPI’s
  • Collaborates with Senior Directors of Dental Operations, Dental Directors, Dental Office Managers and Dental Clinic Leads to establish, coordinate and promote outreach activities
  • Oversees Quality assurance in the development of policies and procedures related to direct provision of patient services; integrate and enforce service policies and procedures into mobile dental clinic operations
  • Creates and analyze data reports as needed
  • Documents and reports any incident of events to any internal and external partners required
  • Responsible for department budget in conjunction with Senior Directors
  • Monitors the upkeep and cleanliness of mobile units statewide
  • Monitors and tracks all equipment utilized within the mobile unit
  • Maintains and ensures all state certifications and licensing requirement for mobile units and equipment within mobile unit remain current
  • Responsible for any/all state required licensing of program
  • Works with marketing partners to create relevant, original, high-quality content to promote brand awareness of mobile units. Ensures the content is published and distributed
  • Ensures that all documentation is complete and posting any/all certification requirements for staffing operating at PSP events and outreach events
  • Ensures all educational and promotional materials needed statewide are current, accurate and available for distribution
  • Assists in maintaining and updating of MOU’s with each external organization
  • Travel when needed
