JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires proficiency in electronic medical records and familiarity with dental terminology, as well as experience in a dental or medical office environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using dental software such as AbelDent is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with administrative duties including managing phone systems and scheduling appointments is required.
