Responsibilities: Patient Check-In/Out: Provide a warm welcome to patients, verify personal information, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out. Payment & Insurance Processing: Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with billing inquiries. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups. Treatment Plan Assistance: Review treatment plans with patients ensuring they understand their options. Phone & Office Support: Answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications: Dental Patient Coordinator Experience - At least two years is required Strong Customer Service Skills – Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach Reliable & Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Insurance Knowledge – Experience with verification, claims, and payment collections Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (Denticon experience is a plus) Excellent Communication – Clear and professional in-person, phone, and written interactions Accepting applications until we find the right candidate Pay Range USD $23.00 - USD $28.00 /Yr.
Responsibilities
The coordinator will manage patient interactions including check-in/out, payment and insurance processing, appointment scheduling, and reviewing treatment plans with patients. Responsibilities also include general phone and office support to ensure outstanding customer service.
