ONLY SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE DENTAL OFFICE (NOT MEDICAL OFFICE) WORK EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an additional full time Dental Patient Coordinator to join our caring dental family.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm
Alternate Fridays 9am-1pm
Alternate Saturdays(when not working Fri) 9am-4pm (closed long weekends)
Requirements:
-minimum 5 years dental office administration experience in a General Dentist’s office; good knowledge of assignment and chartless system
-strong organizational and time management skills
-possess strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
-able to prioritize, multi-task and have a detail oriented personality
-able to work well in a team and flexible approach to work
-thrives in a fast-paced environment
-open to coaching and comfortable with feedback
-familiar with dental codes and billing, co-insurance and deductibles
-strong computer skills; strong knowledge of Abeldent software
-duties include greeting patients, taking phone calls, scheduling and confirming, entering insurance info into computer, receiving payments from patients, sending/receiving digital xrays, coordinating lab cases, sending estimates, dealing with specialists’ offices
-effectively communicating with back staff and managing the patient flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
