JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both financial management and human resources. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff, ensure excellent patient care, and maintain the overall efficiency of the practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in managing a dental practice is preferred.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent financial management skills with experience in budgeting and accounting practices.
  • Knowledge of human resources principles, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the dental team, ensuring high levels of performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable, general administration duties as well as reception duties when necessary
  • Implement and maintain human resources policies, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and practice policies to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and manage the flow of patients through the practice to optimise efficiency.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance patient relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
