QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in dental or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental or healthcare management role.
  • Certification in Dental Practice Management is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor dental and administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee billing, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring effective monitoring of practice revenue and expenses.
  • Patient Relations: Enhance patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving the overall patient experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure the practice meets all regulatory requirements while maintaining high clinical and operational standards.
  • Marketing & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.
