We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead and support our team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
The Role:
As our Dental Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the practice. From team management and patient care coordination to compliance and finance, your leadership will play a key role in delivering excellent service and promoting a positive, productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support the dental team, including reception and clinical staff
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Maintain compliance with all CQC and GDC regulations, health & safety, and data protection policies
  • Manage staff rotas, holidays, recruitment, and HR matters
  • Oversee financial processes including budgets, invoicing, and performance targets
  • Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Drive practice growth through effective marketing and patient engagement strategies
  • Work closely with clinicians and support a high standard of patient care and service

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident with compliance, financial management, and HR responsibilities
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to motivate a team
  • Knowledge of dental software (e.g. SOE, Dentally) is an advantage
  • A background in dentistry, nursing, or healthcare is desirable
