We are a multi-award winning fully private dental practice in the heart of Wimbledon Village. We have been awarded the best practice in the the UK and best principals aswell as many others! We have a dynamic, progressive and very successful family run multidisciplinary private specialist dental practice based in Wimbledon Village, SW19. We are expanding from our 5 surgery practice to 9 surgeries and seeking a full time Practice Manager/ Clinic manager to join our management team to help support our loyal & friendily dental team and grow our business.

As Clinic Manager you will be required to look after a team of nurses, receptionists and dentists.
You will be required to provide leadership to the staff and supervise their established roles.
You will be in charge of new staff inductions, training and supervision.
Your role would require you to be the registered CQC manager and keep the practice up to date with CQC protocols and requirements
Work with our leads nurses to ensure all surgeries and equipment are well maintained. serviced and stocked.
You would plan and conduct daily morning huddles in conjunction with our business development manager
You will arrange regular practice and partners meetings
Work closely with are business development manager to ensure an optimal patient journey
You will provide impetus to the marketing strategy off the practice with innovative effective ideas
You would be required to plan and strategise innovations and steady evolution of the practice
You will be supported by a team of dental nurses, receptionists, treatment co-ordinators, business development manager and the practice partners.
