POSITION SUMMARY

As a seasoned Dental Practice Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, optimize efficiency, and contribute to the strategic success of our practice. Reporting to the head dentist or ownership, you’ll be responsible for business performance, staff leadership, and patient satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dental office management (team supervision strongly preferred).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in dental management software (e.g., Dentrix) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Thorough understanding of dental workflows, billing, insurance, and relevant regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Experience generating and managing financial reports and budgets.
• Educational credentials: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field is advantageous.
