We are looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join our growing, family-run group and oversee the day-to-day operations of our two dental practices—one fully private, one NHS/mixed. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a supportive, forward-thinking business where your ideas and impact truly matter.

  • Taking ownership of practice finances: payroll, budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable
  • Ensuring smooth operations and high standards of patient care at all times
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance, CQC standards, and recordkeeping
  • Being a friendly, calming presence for patients and a trusted go-to for your team
  • Liaising with suppliers and external partners as needed
  • Collaborating with the practice owners on ongoing improvements and business growth

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within dental or healthcare
  • A confident, organised leader who thrives on responsibility and is ready to roll up their sleeves
  • Someone who brings a calm, caring, and consistent energy to the team
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and financial management
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Tech-savvy and ideally familiar with dental practice software
  • A problem-solver who’s committed to delivering a great patient journey from start to finish

Why join us?

  • You will be part of a fun-loving, hard-working, and family-run team
  • Full autonomy to shape and grow the role, with hands-on support from the owners
  • Opportunity for professional growth as our practices expand
  • Flexible working options, mostly onsite, with some WFH flexibility
