We provide services in Primary Care, Infectious Disease, Substance Use, Integrated Behavioral Health, Dental Services, Women’s Health, and Pharmacy.   Position Summary: The Healthcare Connection seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our dental practice in Cincinnati, OH. This role works closely with the Chief Dental Officer, dentists, and support staff to ensure efficient operations, exceptional patient care, and a positive team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and support dental office staff using independent judgment to meet performance goals and standards * Hire, onboard, and train new team members * Monitor and manage expenses to ensure alignment with site budget * Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally * Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and committees as needed * Promote a positive work environment and serve as a role model in customer service and organizational values * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflow and patient experience   QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Associates degree preferred * 2–3 years of experience as a dental office manager preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills * Demonstrated ability in customer service and continuous quality improvement * Knowledge of dental office operations, billing, insurance, managed care, and referral processes * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion * Experience working with diverse populations across socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Dental Record/Practice Management systems * Ability to accept guidance and work collaboratively with leadership     Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Free Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance * 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match * Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) * 10 Paid Holidays Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace:   The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
