We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory and management skills, ensuring that the practice runs smoothly while providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a blend of financial management, human resources expertise, and a passion for the dental field.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare or dental setting is essential.
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports.
  • Experience in human resources practices including recruitment and employee relations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
