DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER / CHESTER, CHESHIRE / FULL TIME

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Chester, Cheshire who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Mixed practice environment.
  • Full time opportunity – 40 hours per week.
  • Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.
  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
  • Practice performance bonus also in place.
  • GDC & Indemnity fees covered (if needed).
  • The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance of the practice, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPI’s & practice budgets.
  • Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
  • Practice provides general dentistry alongside Implants, Invisalign & Facial Aesthetics.
  • 7 surgery, computerised SOE practice.
  • City centre location with good transport links.
  • Free car parking available.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
