QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

  • GCSEs or higher Certification
  • 2 years Management Experience

Responsibilities

As a Practice Manager, you will oversee all day to day business operations of our Dental Practice. This includes implementing and managing an efficient patient journey, managing staff & site to a high CQC and NHS standard, and working with our Clinicians to make sure that all resources are available for appropriate patient care.

Jobs tasks can include:

  • Providing support and on-going development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff
  • Delivering and monitoring Practice Targets and KPIs
  • Managing the Clinical Governance systems and maintaining practice policies and audits
  • Financial Management including: banking, authorising invoices, producing reports, P&L and working towards a budget and KPI’s
  • Ensure staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH
  • Leadership of full team including: Rotas, Staff Monthly 1-2-1’s as well as inductions
  • Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
