  • Good understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.

SKILLS

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

As the Practice Manager at Rit Premium Dental Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and
efficient operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care and
satisfaction, managing the daily administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, and supporting our team
to deliver exceptional dental services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Ensure efficiency in the patient journey and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Manage the clinic’s cleaning schedule by delegating tasks among staff members, ensuring a clean and

welcoming environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (delegable where appropriate).
  • Monitor and follow up on weekly marketing reports, ensuring warm leads are contacted.
  • Manage staff performance, rota planning, feedback, and training.
  • Manage the clinic’s budget, including financial and performance reporting.

ADDITIONAL JOB TASKS

  • Lead and motivate the team to meet performance goals.
  • Manage the appointment schedule for optimal patient flow.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee inventory and supply management.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams on strategy and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including fire safety, CQC, RIDDOR, and COSHH.
  • Handle billing, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
