Job Title: Dental Practice Development Manager

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and experienced Dental Practice Development Manager to lead and grow our Billericay practice. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about team leadership, exceptional service delivery, and achieving operational excellence in a clinical setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
• Lead and develop the practice team, including reception, nursing, and support staff.
• Drive business performance through effective practice marketing, patient retention strategies, and achievement of financial targets.
• Manage schedules, rotas, stock, compliance, and reporting using practice management software.
• Ensure the practice adheres to CQC, GDC, and private regulations and standards.
• Deliver exceptional patient journeys through strong communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities for patient experience, staff performance, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with central support teams including HR, Marketing, and Clinical Directors.
