The Regency House Dental Clinic is looking for a Receptionist and Patient Care Administrator to join the team. Four days per week and Saturdays 10-4 (at least 3 in 4).
This is a key position and the ‘front-of-house’ of the practice. It is not merely a telephonist booking appointments and taking payments. As a private practice offering advanced restorative and implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, we need someone to fit into our team, learn our practice ethos and work with us to look after our patients and boost the practice profile.
Knowledge of Dentally software and social media is a plus, however, training will be provided.
Some admin work will also be required e.g. scanning, filing, audits etc.
Experience in dentistry is an advantage but not essential. However some degree of customer service experience would be given preference over someone who has no prior experience in dentistry, or in customer service. There will be a training phase regardless of past experience.
We are looking for someone who is serious about customer service and going the extra mile. Work hours can vary depending on the requirements of the business.
ABILITY TO WORK SATURDAYS MINIMUM 3 PER MONTH IS A MUST.
