  • Ensure top-notch patient care and safety
  • Coordinate schedules for optimal efficiency
  • Handle administrative duties, including use of Abeldent software

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of management experience in a dental setting
  • Leadership experience with a nurturing, management style
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with dental software and Microsoft Office
